We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern products, including the Quencher and IceFlow series, are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the bottom of your specific flask or tumbler for care instructions to maintain the finish.

How can I clean the lid of my Quencher H2.0 FlowState™ Tumbler?
The lid can be disassembled into three parts for deep cleaning. All components are top-rack dishwasher safe, or you can soak them in warm soapy water for a thorough manual clean.
